whatiremembered asked: I don't think there's anything at all sad about that. I just turned 35 and it's easily one of my favorites. Even more so now that my son loves it, but it was before he ever saw it. There's great beauty and meaning in it. Just the idea that we can choose to be a hero and make heroic sacrifices in spite of what our circumstances or even our own bodies tell us... that idea...
